STEP 1: REGISTRATION
Registration is now open!! Complete the registration form before September 1st and return it with payment $1,200 ($1,000 members) to FIABCI-USA. Please submit at least one interior and one exterior photograph or illustration of the project. Any brochures, video or other media relating to the project and a brief written description should be included. Basic financial information such as total budget, sources of financing and occupancy should be included as well. The success of any entry will be based on the ability to express the special qualities of the project and how it embodies excellence in several real estate disciplines and contributes to society. The project submitted must have been completed, operational and occupied by September 1, 2012. All material submitted will not be returned.
STEP 2: FINALISTS & WINNERS RECOGNITION
The final Judging will take place in early September and all entrants will be notified of the results. Category Awards and the Grand Prix will be given at the Awards Gala to be held on the 6th of November 2013 in San Francisco. Winners of the FIABCI-USA Grand Prix of Real Estate can be submitted to the International FIABCI Prix d’Excellence by FIABCI-USA in October 2013. The winners of the International FIABCI Prix d’Excellence 2014 will be announced in May 2014.
STEP 3: MEDIA EXPOSURE
Winners will receive national exposure including a detailed presentation of the project at the Awards Gala, placement on the Grand Prix Website and announcements in numerous real estate media outlets.
