As the principal of MusaDesign, Polina Zaika’s passion is holistic design, an approach to interior design that deeply engages with clients, using her experience to help bring their vision to reality in a combination of fundamental design principles, usability, appropriate esthetics, art, and appropriate choices of materials and technology. Ms. Zaika’s portfolio of work includes both residential and commercial projects around the world.
Roy Kim’s experience in new development is multi-faceted: from the design side, the developer side, and the sales/brokerage side. His work has been seen in Interior Design Magazine and the New York Times, as well as in the documentary ‘Super Skyscrapers: the Billionaires’ Building.’ There are few people with Mr. Kim’s depth of knowledge of design and his understanding of current trends, as well as an eye for knowing if those trends will last or be the precursor to something better.
Ryan Mullenix is a partner at NBBJ and a co-lead of the firm’s corporate design practice. In this role, he is a strong advocate for data-driven design, a process that uses custom algorithms to link geometry with data to augment both human and building performance. Mr. Mullenix has led the design of numerous award-winning projects, both nationally and internationally. His work and expertise have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, San Jose Mercury News, Newsweek, Quartz, Bloomberg News, BBC, Recode, CNBC and National Public Radio.
Felicia Nitu is a graduate of Parsons School of Design in New York, where she received a master’s degree in architecture. She started CityStructure, an innovative, architectural and tech-driven company, after 20 years of architecture practice and real estate development. One of Ms. Nitu’s core design philosophies is to create spaces through an emphatic understanding of the clients goals. She believes that knowledge shared is power multiplied.
